TTA in Kentucky

See what Sixth Amendment work is happening in Kentucky.

We are working with the Kentucky Circuit Court to:

  • Develop a comprehensive national survey of Grand Jury practices
  • Identify model practices that can help increase public confidence in the legal system through increasing community understanding and awareness of the grand jury process
  • Develop resources and community education around Grand Jury topics
